Return Policy

Products may be returned within 30 days with a pre-approved RMA and will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

Free Shipping Over $125

We provide free ground and dock-to-dock shipping on orders over $125. Please contact us for freight quotes on orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam. International shipping quotes are available upon request. On orders below $125, there is a $15 shipping charge.
Orders placed before 3 pm PST are shipped out the same day and delivered within 1-3 business days for most products unless noted. If items are back ordered by the manufacturer, we will contact you via email.

Recycling Program

Lazer Cartridges Plus can provide prepaid shipping labels upon request for recycling toner and inks to a toner recycling center. The following must be agreed upon:
  • ALL toner and ink that is going to be recycled must have been purchased from Lazer Cartridges Plus.
  • There are at least 20 toner and ink products to recycle in one sturdy box.
  • We do not accept toner tanks, bottles, printer ribbons, or ink tanks.
Please contact us if you are interested in receiving a label and you agree to the above product packaging requirements. There will be charges that occur if the above requirements are not met. Thank you for your part in keeping toner and ink cartridges out of our landfills.
